The picture in the app looks like almost a limo and we got a very compact Toyota.

Very good service although it's a chaos to find the person who is waiting for you. This guy didn't speak English and it was a bit difficult to undesrtand him. Once we found the guy, the car was good and the service was very good.

Very good service. The car driver was on time at the reception of the hotel. I recommend this service having in consideration that the traffic is horrible in the city. We did the travel during Sunday and we didn't have problems related to the traffic. I think it's a must to go to the airport with any of these kind of services because of the airport is far from the city centre.

Dos cosas, el punto de encuentro era erróneo, teníamos en el voucher puerta 3 y era en la puerta 5 y el taxista no tenia el cambio de dirección destino actualizada, la cambié hace más de una semana...pero lo han resuelto en seguida, el coche impecable y perfecto

Two things, the meeting point was wrong, we had at door 3 voucher and it was at door 5 and the taxi driver did not have the destination change of address updated, I changed it more than a week ago ... but they have solved it right away , the impeccable and perfect car

Cambie hace semanas la direccion del hotel, el conductor no llegaba , hemos salido 50 minutos tarde , a punto de perder el vuelo , hemos hablado varias veces con un número de California imposible de entender, el peor traslado después de muchísimos viajes sin duda , vaya desastre

hicimos el cambio de hora con 3 dias anticipadamente y nos llegò la confitmaciòn del cambio de horario y casi ns deja el aviòn.la persona que nos debia de recoger decia que no que el translado er a las 9:15 hicimos muchas llamadas y se le hablo eb varios idiomas y llamamos a la central .la señora que nos vendio el traslado tambien llamo.mucho estressssss

We made the time change 3 days in advance and we got the confirmation of the time change and almost did not leave the plane. The person who had to pick us up said that not that the transfer was at 9:15 we made many calls and he was asked I speak several languages and we called the central office. The lady who sold us the transfer also called.

Après 24h de voyage, je pensais que mon chauffeur serait là pour m’accueillir....mais Non une dame était là ensuite elle a téléphoné au chauffeur pour qu’il arrive. Tout cela a pris du temps trop de temps.... pour quelqu’un qui voulait gagner son hôtel rapidement. Ensuite cela s’est bien passé.

After 24 hours of travel, I thought that my driver would be there to greet me .... but No, a lady was there then she called the driver to arrive. It all took too long .... for someone who wanted to get to his hotel quickly. Then it went well.
