Heure demandee d’arrivée trop précoce. Nous avons attendu 45 minutes avant d’embarquer. Personnel à bord très accueillant et dévoué ; mon époux handicapé a pu embarquer en premier. Buffet gigantesque et varié.. les gens se sont précipités sur les plats chauds ( comme d’habitude), ce qui fait que nous avons mangé froid . Costumes thaïlandais super, chanteuses excellentes. Le seul bémol : on nous sert de l’eau depuis un brot et je ne suis pas sûre que ce soit de l’eau minérale. Vues superbes Translate this opinion into English.

Requested arrival time too early. We waited 45 minutes before boarding. Staff on board very welcoming and dedicated; my disabled husband was able to board first. Huge and varied buffet... people rushed to get the hot dishes (as usual), which meant we ate cold food. Great Thai costumes, excellent singers. El bufet deja mucho que desear, hay muy poca variedad de comida y de baja calidad. La bebida te la cobran aparte y no es barata. A nosotros nos llovió y nos metieron dentro en una mesa en el centro de la sala sin vistas y tampoco se podía salir al exterior. Empezó tarde por la lluvia pero acabó a la hora planificada por lo que tuvimos menos tiempo. Sin embargo la experiencia está bien y las vistas son muy bonitas. Recomendaría mirar otras opciones.

Es imposible que no se ponen a pensar en el cliente, pregunté la dirección y la chica no me la quiso dar, y lo más increíble era no reembolsable algo que no ocurre en ninguna parte del mundo, espero que nadie vuelva a coger una reserva con esta empresa, al final desde mi hotel decidí no ir.

Duraba poco tiempo , mala organización , prácticamente mientras te intentas servir la comida dan los espectáculos por lo que no puedes disfrutar ,mientras que también tienes que andar agachándote por los puentes ,a parte de las colas que se organizan para poder cenar ya que hay mucha gente , los camareros indicaban a las personas asiáticas que abajo había más comida sin colas , sin darnos esa explicación o favor a los no asiáticos , una locura sacar las entradas en el muelle .

It was short-lived, poorly organised, practically while you were trying to serve yourself food they were putting on shows so you couldn't enjoy it, whilst you also had to duck down across the bridges, apart from the queues that were formed to be able to have dinner as there were a lot of people, the waiters told the Asian people that there was more food down below without queues, without giving us non-Asians that explanation or any favour, it was crazy to get tickets at the pier.

Turistico certo, ma tutto perfetto. Il cibo è buono, viene sempre reintegrato. Servizio impeccabile e veloce. Acqua gratuita e anche bevande analcoliche alla spina. 2 ballerini si alternano ad un gruppo di musicisti che prova ad animare un po la serata. Dipende ovviamente che compagni di viaggio si trovano a bordo! Per me ottima esperienza, Bangkog di notte merita un sacco, sta a voi scegliere se osservarla dal tavolo, dal terrazzino o perdersi a ballare.
